What You Need to Know

Account Registration

To verify your Mirrox trading account, you need to submit the following documents:

  • Valid Proof of ID: This can be a photo identification such as a passport (both pages need to be visible), an ID card (front and back sides), or a driver’s license (front and back sides).
  • Valid Proof of Residence: This should be a document issued within the last six months, such as a bank or credit card statement (electronic PDF copies accepted) or a recent utility bill (water, electricity, telephone, internet, or council tax). Please note that mobile phone bills are not accepted.
  • Proof of Payment Method: This can be a color photo of both sides of your credit/debit card, clearly showing the first 6 and last 4 digits (ensure the CVV on the backside is covered), or a screenshot of your e-wallet showing your name, email, and e-wallet ID.

Specific requirements will be detailed during the account registration and verification process.
